Covering an area of 49798.22sqm, Nanping Mingzheng Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd is located in the Jintang Industrial Park of Shaowu City of Fujian Province. At present, Jintang Industrial Park is the demonstration industrial park of Fujian Province for "recycling economy" and "12nd five-year-program" fluorine chemical plant development base of Fujian Province; it is close to "double-world-cultural- heritage" Wuyi Mountain in the north and next to world geological park Taining in the south.

The main products and production scales are: 5,000 t/a of monochloroacetone, 500 t/a of trichloroacetone (co-production), 500 t/a of hexachloroacetone (co-production), 1,000 t/a of t-tert-Butyldimethylsilyl chloride and 1,000 t/a of pivaloyl chloride.
